This Sriracha honey chicken is a quick, easy, and surprisingly delicious recipe made with simple pantry staples. This dish is versatile and forgiving — adjust the Sriracha to your taste.

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons sriracha hot sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 skinless, boneless chicken breasts

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).
  2. Whisk Sriracha sauce, honey, butter, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper together in a small bowl.
  3. Place chicken in a baking dish; pour Sriracha sauce mixture over chicken and turn to completely coat chicken.
  4. Cook in the preheated oven until no longer pink in centers and juices run clear, 15 to 20 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into centers should read at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).
