Sea Bass Barbecue

This sea bass barbecue recipe is simple. If the fish is fresh, this dish is sure to please. Great for beachside cookouts!

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 bay leaf
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 pound fresh sea bass

Directions

  1. Preheat an outdoor grill for medium heat and lightly oil the grate.
  2. Combine lemon juice, oil, bay leaf, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl; rub on fish, inside and out.
  3. Cook on the preheated grill until fish flakes easily with a fork, 8 to 10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
