Quick and Easy Pimento Cheese

Image

Drescription

I came up with this simple pimento cheese recipe for a party one day. It's a quick and yummy alternative to anything you'll find in a store.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups shredded colby cheese
  • 2 (4 ounce) jars diced pimento peppers, drained
  • ½ (16 ounce) jar creamy salad dressing (such as miracle whip®), or as needed
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Combine Cheddar cheese, Colby cheese, pimento peppers, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl. Stir in enough salad dressing to achieve desired texture. Mix until well combined.
