Maple Glazed Salmon

Tender salmon fillets brushed with a sweet and smoky maple glaze, then perfectly roasted or grilled. This dish offers a delightful balance of rich, savory fish and caramelized sweetness.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
  • kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • four 6-ounce salmon fillets, skin off

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar, maple syrup, olive oil, teriyaki sauce and some salt and pepper. Whisk until fully combined.
  3. Arrange the salmon in a single layer in a baking dish. Brush the glaze over the fish, coating evenly. Bake until the fish is cooked through, about 15 minutes.
