Ingredients

  • 24 ounces salmon , either a whole fillet or 4 individual fillets
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill , coarsely chopped
  • fine sea salt and pepper
  • cooking spray

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and coat 9×13 inch baking dish or rimmed baking sheet with cooking spray. Arrange the 24 ounces salmon (cut into smaller potions or as a large filet) in a single layer.
  2. Cover the salmon with the 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice. Season the salmon with the fine sea salt and pepper and 2 tablespoons fresh dill.
  3. If one whole filet, cook for 15 minutes. If individual fillets, cook for 8-10 minutes per inch of thickness.
  4. Salmon can be eaten medium-well done. If you have a particularly thick piece, the cooking time can be increased. Salmon should flake easily with a fork.
