Honey, feta and thyme pancakes

Drescription

Add a Greek twist to your pancakes for Pancake Day. This recipe sits on the fence between sweet and savoury and is so moreish.

Ingredients

  • 2-3 tbsp clear honey
  • 100g/3½oz feta
  • 2-3 sprigs thyme, leaves picked
  • 4 pancakes, to serve

Directions

  1. Put the pancakes on serving plates and crumble over the feta.
  2. Drizzle with honey and scatter the thyme leaves over the top.
  3. Serve hot or cold.
