Dill Pickle Tartar Sauce

Zesty tartar sauce with lots of dill pickle bits. This is perfect for dipping fish, shrimp or your favorite appetizers.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 tablespoons dill pickle juice
  • 1 tablespoon sweet relish
  • 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 finely diced dill pickles
  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh dill
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl.
  2. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes before serving.
  3. Store in the refrigerator up to 3 days.
