Bacon-Wrapped Shrimp

Image

Drescription

Large shrimp tend to get rubbery when cooked. Grilling them is an excellent alternative, like in this recipe for bacon-wrapped shrimp on the grill. The bacon keeps them from drying out.

Ingredients

  • 20 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 10 strips bacon

Directions

  1. Preheat an outdoor grill for medium heat and lightly oil the grate.
  2. Wrap shrimp in bacon strips; secure with toothpicks.
  3. Cook on the preheated grill until bacon is fully cooked, flipping once, 3 to 4 minutes. Shrimp will be done when bacon is fully cooked.
