Drescription

This simple air-fryer spaghetti squash takes on a nice roasted flavor from the air fryer. You can enjoy it plain or dress it up with your favorite sauce or grated cheese.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 small spaghetti squash (2 pounds), halved and seeded
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F for 5 minutes.
  2. Brush oil over squash flesh and sprinkle the squash with salt and pepper. Working in batches if necessary, place the squash, skin-side down, in the fryer basket; cook until tender, about 18 minutes.
  3. Remove the squash from the air fryer. Shred the flesh with a fork and transfer to a serving dish.
