Get perfectly cooked potato wedges in your air fryer! A hint of Parmesan cheese and rosemary along with olive oil add a crispy flavorful crust. Dip them in ketchup or your favorite creamy sauce for serving.

Ingredients

  • 2 medium russet potatoes, cut lengthwise into wedges
  • 2 tablespoons finely grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika

Directions

  1. Preheat an air fryer to 370°F for 10 minutes. Combine potatoes, Parmesan, oil, rosemary, salt, pepper, garlic powder and paprika in a large bowl; toss to coat well. Working in batches, if needed, arrange the potato wedges in an even layer in the air-fryer basket. Cook for 8 minutes. Flip the wedges; cook until browned and tender, 8 to 10 minutes more. Repeat the process, if needed, with the remaining wedges.
