In today’s episode, I’m sitting down with Dana Malstaff, the original Boss-Mom and discussing all things Boss-Mom! She talks about how you can have great success in family life and business and what that actually looks like. We talk about what it takes to manage both of these important priorities without feeling bad about it and she gives great advice to new entrepreneurs on sticking with it, even when it seems like no one really cares.
I love how she deals with hate mail and negativity and the legacy she hopes to leave for her children. And, it’s really fun to hear about how this successful woman starts her day. Her answer might surprise you.

Today’s episode is not for the faint of heart. My guest, Michael O’Brien, survived a biking accident that would have taken most people’s lives. In our interview, he talks about the accident, his long recovery and how he decided to make that his last bad day. He shares with us how we can change our perspective and mindset to not let bad moments turn into bad days or weeks. His story and passion are remarkable and I promise, you will need a pen and paper to take notes!

Look for Michael O’Brien along with 30 other amazing teachers and presenters in our Epic Marriage Summit coming October 8th-10th. Mark your calendars, because I promise, it will be EPIC!
Today I’m talking all about my most empowering why, and that is courage. I recently attended a branding workshop and had to dig deep into what motivates me to do what I am doing. I realized that courage is the word that drives me in every way. I have shared this before, but I truly believe that we all have a mission and purpose for being here on the earth. My motivation for this podcast is to help people tap into their courage to be themselves, to live their purpose and to chase their dreams!
I also start talking about the non profit organization I’m starting called, Just Do Some Good. I promise so many more details in the near future, but if you are listening to this episode when it comes out on July 16th, it’s BE THE GOOD day and we want you to go out and find some form of service, big or small and post about it on social media, using the #bethegood and #justdosomegood. Tag @justdosomegood to win some great swag.
Remember to have courage and be kind and that’s how you stay On the Brighter Side.
